Student Comments Query Engine

Every year, OIPR conducts the Continuing Student Survey to assess student satisfaction with various aspects of their experiences at DePaul.  On one item, students are asked to grade their overall experience at DePaul on a standard A through F grading scale and to provide written comments explaining the grade assigned.  The following query engine allows DePaul faculty and staff to view these comments and to select a subset of comments based on various student demographic and enrollment criteria.

Instructions:
Select the Student Demographic and Enrollment Characteristics (i.e. Undergraduate, African-American Students who Live on Campus and attend Full-Time).  Then select the Comment Categories you would like to see (i.e. Students mentioning Academic Advising in their written comments on the Continuing Student Survey).  To select more than one option within a category, hold down the Ctrl button while you click your options.  When you have finished your selections, click Submit.  If you would like to save your results, highlight the table and go to the Edit menu => Click Copy, and paste the table into Word or Excel.  To run another query, click the Back button on your browser or on the links provided on the results page, click the Reset button, and choose your criteria.  If you experience problems with this application, please contact OIPR.
